In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	write and decorate their name in the middle of a piece of paper	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2	fill the rest of the sheet with different shapes, each big enough to write one word in it	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	write one thing they feel they did well this week below each shape, asking others for feedback if desired	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
4	discuss what personal strengths helped them to do those things well this week and write those strengths in the corresponding shape	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
5	decorate the sheet as they wish to complete the piece.	Student completed work
