1	follow the basic rules of the kitchen, eg washing their hands	Summary sheet
2	identify the equipment needed to follow a given recipe	Summary sheet
3	collect the ingredients required for beakfast quiches	Summary sheet
4	fill cupcake cases with the chosen ingredients	Summary sheet
5	cook the quiches for the recommended time	Summary sheet
6	remove the quiches from the oven and allow them to cool.	Summary sheet
