demonstrated the ability to
1	swim 50m butterfly	Summary sheet
2	show good technique on breaststroke, with rhythmical breathing, for 100m	Summary sheet
3	swim an individual medley over four lengths of the pool	Summary sheet
4	swim 400m with good technique using two different strokes	Summary sheet
5	scull head first and return feet first without standing	Summary sheet
6	sprint one length of the pool, using a chosen stoke and repeat three times with rest breaks in between	Summary sheet
7	hold a mushroom float for 10 seconds.	Summary sheet
