In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	enter the pool safely	Summary sheet
2	show front paddle with their arms under the water	Summary sheet
3	show back paddle with good body position	Summary sheet
4	kick 50m with an alternating leg action, uisng aids as required	Summary sheet
5	swim 50m on their front or back, using aids as required	Summary sheet
6	hold a floating position for 10 seconds, using aids as required	Summary sheet
7	attempt to submerge their mouth and blow bubbles for five seconds	Summary sheet
8	exit the pool safely.	Summary sheet
