demonstrated the ability to
1	take part in a discussion about the recipes they could cook when on a budget	Summary sheet
2	discuss different ways they could reduce the cost of their chosen recipe, eg using food from a food bank, shopping in discount supermarkets, cooking together with housemates	Summary sheet
3	work out the cost of their chosen recipe	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
4	cook their chosen recipe	Photograph(s) and/or summary sheet
5	evaluate the finished meal and discuss if they would change anything if they cooked it again.	Summary sheet
