1 | thread the peg loom with the warp threads that have been supplied | Summary sheet |
2 | select eight different colours of wool | Summary sheet |
3 | start the weave by weaving the weft thread through the warps, locking off the weft thread | Summary sheet |
4 | weave in and out of the pegs from right to left until the opposite side of the loom is reached | Summary sheet |
5 | weave in and out of the pegs from left to right until the opposite side of the loom is reached | Summary sheet |
6 | repeat the weaving until the pegs are nearly full | Summary sheet |
7 | lift the pegs off the loom one at a time and push the weaving off the bottom of the peg, replacing the peg behind the weave created in the hole | Summary sheet |
8 | continue to weave until all the wool has been used | Summary sheet |
9 | use the last section of wool to weave in the warp threads so the weave is locked | Summary sheet |
10 | pull the weave down the warp threads | Summary sheet |
11 | cut the warps one at a time from the pegs and tie them | Summary sheet |
12 | tie pairs of warps together to create tassels and finish the weave | Summary sheet |
