3	collect the utensils and equipment needed	Summary sheet
4	collect the ingredients to make a banana muffin	Summary sheet
5	pre-heat the oven to the required temperature	Summary sheet
6	follow the recipe to make the banana muffin batter	Summary sheet
7	place equal amounts of batter in each of the muffin cases	Summary sheet
8	cook the muffins for the required time	Summary sheet
9	remove the muffins from the oven and leave them to cool	Summary sheet
10	wash up and put away any equipment used.	Summary sheet
