In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	describe the genre for the character	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2	describe any physical or other characteristics of the character	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	respond to at least two questions that relate to the genre	Summary sheet
4	open up ibisPaint and create a new canvas, by using an imported image or creating a blank one	Summary sheet
5	use a minimum of two different tools to create and enhance the character	Summary sheet
6	apply a filter to the canvas or the character	Summary sheet
7	save the character image in an appropriate format and exit the software	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
8	open the saved character in the gallery and show how it can be edited	Summary sheet
shown knowledge of
9	how the completed character and their characteristics are consistent with the genre.	Summary sheet
