In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	plan how to make a turning animation machine with a handle, using the materials available to them	Student completed work and/or summary sheet
2	research key facts about the history of animation	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	create a flip book style animation by drawing an appropriate number of frames	Student completed work
4	plan and create a stop motion animation using stop motion software	Summary sheet
5	print off the frames for the stop motion animation they have created	Student completed work
6	make the turning animation machine	Student completed work and/or photograph(s)
7	run their animated frames through the machine	Summary sheet
8	reflect on their work, identifying areas for improvement in relation to the precision of their machine.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
