In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	research at least three makes of car	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2	research at least three design aspects of the chosen cars, eg body shape	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	provide scientific explanations of the design aspects that they researched	Student completed work
4	use the research to produce a design of a car and label its key features	Student completed work
5	provide scientific explanations of at least three design aspects of their car design	Student completed work
6	use a creative medium to make a simple advert for the car, eg design a poster, write a radio advert	Student completed work
