| 1 | perform a glue patch test 48 hours prior to the treatment | Summary sheet |
| 2 | select the appropriate equipment, eg individual lash adhesive, tweezers, individual lashes of choice, mirror, spoolie brush or mascara wand | Summary sheet |
| 3 | cleanse the eyes and eyelashes | Summary sheet |
| 4 | pour adhesive into the glue dish | Summary sheet |
| 5 | use tweezers to lift the individual lash | Summary sheet |
| 6 | sweep the tip or bulb of the individual lash through the adhesive | Summary sheet |
| 7 | position the individual lash on top of the natural lashes, as close to the lash line as possible without touching the eyelid | Summary sheet |
| 8 | follow the relevant health and safety procedures at all times. | Summary sheet |
