1turn on the computer and open appropriate desktop publishing software, eg Microsoft PublisherSummary sheet

3rotate the image horizontally so that it is the wrong way roundSummary sheet
4select the appropriate printing properties and then print the image using the correct printerSummary sheet
5cut out the design and pieces of heat proof tapeSummary sheet
6use the heat proof tape to stick the image onto their t-shirtSummary sheet
7turn on the heat press and wait for it to reach the correct temperatureSummary sheet
8place the t-shirt onto the press, placing a piece of greaseproof paper underneath and on top of itSummary sheet
9make sure the image will fit under the pressSummary sheet
10pull the heat press handle down and press to start the 30 second countdownSummary sheet
11lift the heat press off the t-shirt when it beepsSummary sheet
12peel off the image and the tape and allow the t-shirt to cool down.Summary sheet
