1turn on the computer and open appropriate desktop publishing software, eg Microsoft PublisherSummary sheet
2open a 'cap' template, import their image and scale it to the right sizeSummary sheet
3rotate the image horizontally so that it is the wrong way roundSummary sheet
4select the appropriate printing properties and then print the image using the correct printerSummary sheet
5cut out the design and pieces of heat proof tapeSummary sheet
6use the heat proof tape to stick the image onto a cap and check the heat press will fully cover the imageSummary sheet
7turn on the heat press and wait for it to reach the correct temperatureSummary sheet
8when the heat press is ready, pull the handle down onto the cap Summary sheet
9lift the heat press off the cap when it beepsSummary sheet
10release the cap by pulling down on the red lever Summary sheet
11peel off the image and the tape and allow the cap to cool down.Summary sheet
