1 | turn on the computer and open appropriate desktop publishing software, eg Microsoft Publisher | Summary sheet |
2 | open a 'cap' template, import their image and scale it to the right size | Summary sheet |
3 | rotate the image horizontally so that it is the wrong way round | Summary sheet |
4 | select the appropriate printing properties and then print the image using the correct printer | Summary sheet |
5 | cut out the design and pieces of heat proof tape | Summary sheet |
6 | use the heat proof tape to stick the image onto a cap and check the heat press will fully cover the image | Summary sheet |
7 | turn on the heat press and wait for it to reach the correct temperature | Summary sheet |
8 | when the heat press is ready, pull the handle down onto the cap | Summary sheet |
9 | lift the heat press off the cap when it beeps | Summary sheet |
10 | release the cap by pulling down on the red lever | Summary sheet |
11 | peel off the image and the tape and allow the cap to cool down. | Summary sheet |
