1	locate the correct sachet or cup ordered on six occasions	Summary sheet
2	tap the cup to distribute the contents	Summary sheet
3	put the cup on the drip tray so that it is lined up under the spout	Summary sheet
4	locate and press the hot water button	Summary sheet
5	wait for the machine to finish	Summary sheet
6	stir the drink to ensure there are no lumps in it	Summary sheet
7	give the drink to the customer	Summary sheet
8	tell staff of at least one health and safety issue involved with using the machine.	Summary sheet
