1	tear spinach into small pieces and place the pieces in a bowl	Summary sheet
2	cut cabbage into chunks and put the chunks into a bowl with support	Summary sheet
3	squeeze beetroot into a pulp and put it into a bowl	Summary sheet
4	grate turmeric into a bowl	Summary sheet
5	mash black beans into a bowl	Summary sheet
6	add water to each of the bowls and mix until the colour changes	Summary sheet
7	prepare fabric in three different ways, eg twisting, folding, scrunching	Summary sheet
8	apply the dyes they've made onto the fabric in three different ways, eg spraying, dipping, brushing	Summary sheet
9	leave the tie dyed fabric to dry.	Summary sheet
