1	select the correct tools for a given bicycle maintenance task	Summary sheet
2	remove the pedal cranks	Summary sheet
3	strip and clean the bottom bracket bearings, replacing and lubricating them if required	Summary sheet
4	remove and strip the handlebars and stem	Summary sheet
5	clean the headset bearings, replacing and lubricating them if required	Summary sheet
6	reassemble the headset, ensuring the bearings are correctly adjusted	Summary sheet
7	split and re-join the drive chain, checking for tight chain links	Summary sheet
8	clean, regrease and adjust the wheel bearings.	Summary sheet
