In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	identify foods that they like at the start of the project	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2	make a dish that they currently like from scratch and taste it	Summary sheet
3	make three different dishes using a mixture of ingredients they like and new ones, trying each dish	Summary sheet
4	make a dish using mostly new ingredients and try it	Summary sheet
5	use at least three different cooking techniques within their different dishes, eg mashing, peeling, frying, baking, mixing	Summary sheet
6	identify the foods they like at the end of the project.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
