In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	fill in the personal details section of an application form for a paid job, a supported internship, or a further education course	Student completed work
2	fill in the education and employment history section of an application form	Student completed work
3	fill in the personal qualities and skills section of an application form	Student completed work
4	produce a personal statement for an application form	Student completed work
5	take part in reviewing examples of application forms and discussing what is good and what is bad about them	Summary sheet
6	give a draft copy of their application form to their peers and the teacher	Summary sheet
7	make any necessary corrections and improvements to the form, based on the feedback received	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
8	print out a final draft of the application form	Student completed work
9	save the form in more than one place as a backup.
