1 | use computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) to manufacture at least two moulds for casting | Summary sheet and/or photograph(s) |

3 | finish the castings to a commercial standard | Summary sheet |
4 | design at least one item of jewellery to be cut from sheet material | Student completed work and/or photograph(s) |

6 | use a piercing saw and jewellers' pin to cut the desired shapes | Summary sheet |
7 | use needle files to refine the shape and remove burrs | Summary sheet |

9 | select the colours and apply the enamelling processes safely and with care | Summary sheet |
