In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	soften a given amount of slightly salted butter	Summary sheet
2	mix the butter with half of the weighed amount of icing sugar, and mix until a crumb like texture is achieved	Summary sheet
3	mix the remaining icing sugar into the mixture until it is fully combined	Summary sheet
4	add a teaspoon of vanilla essence or alternative flavour of their choosing	Summary sheet
5	add a dash of milk	Summary sheet
6	mix the ingredients until they are fluffy	Summary sheet
7	fully wash all the utensils and bowls used.	Summary sheet
