1	harvest at least five different crops without causing them damage, using skills appropriate to the crop as instructed, eg loosening the ground around carrots, twisting tomatoes off the vines	Summary sheet
2	identify when five different crops are ripe to pick and explain how they know this	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	harvest three different herbs and prepare them for use	Summary sheet
4	separate usable crop from 'waste'	Summary sheet
5	prepare at least two different types of waste for compost and disposal	Summary sheet
6	create an attractive display of harvested crops	Photograph(s)
