3	follow a written recipe and instruction video to make an emulsion sauce, eg white sauce, mayonnaise	Summary sheet and/or photograph(s)
4	use their sauce in two further recipes, showing how they can make individual components come together as one dish	Summary sheet
5	follow a basic white or soda bread recipe to make a loaf.	Summary sheet and/or photograph(s)
