2	check their risk assessment against the venue and location or area, making sure it is safe to proceed with the work	Summary sheet
3	collect the appropriate equipment, eg cloth, squeezy, washing up liquid, small steps	Summary sheet
4	pour water into a bucket, mix it with the washing up liquid and begin the window cleaning job	Summary sheet
5	complete the job in the agreed time	Summary sheet
