4	identify at least three examples of substances hazardous to health, eg chemicals, fumes, vapours	Summary sheet
5	identify at least two examples of personal protective equipment, eg protective gloves, protective footwear	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
6	light a Bunsen burner safely	Summary sheet
7	set a lighted Bunsen burner to the yellow safety flame and to the hot blue flame	Summary sheet
