In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	draw out a design for a round Anglo Saxon brooch	Student completed work
2	use PVA glue to stick matchsticks, string, buttons and beads in a design to a cardboard disc	Summary sheet
3	cover the disc with scrunched up silver kitchen foil	Summary sheet
4	press the foil into the shapes to give an embossed effect	Summary sheet
5	decorate the disc with metallic acrylic paint, jewels and/or beads	Summary sheet
6	attach a brooch back using a glue gun to complete the brooch	Student completed work and/or photograph(s)
