In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	take part in a one to one interview with an assessor, displaying positive and relaxed body language throughout the interview exercise	Summary sheet
2	respond using two examples to reinforce skills or experiences during the interview exercise	Summary sheet
3	prepare two questions for the interviewer when invited to ask questions as part of the one to one interview exercise	Summary sheet
4	play an active and positive part in a group discussion about a business related topic, presenting ideas back to the assessor	Summary sheet
5	show at least four team working skills during the group discussion, eg listening, questioning, persuading, sharing, assertiveness, participating, decisiveness, time management	Summary sheet
6	give a 10 minute individual or group presentation to an assessor about a business related topic, showing confidence, audience engagement, knowledge of the brief, and responding to audience questions and/or comments	Summary sheet
