In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	write an introduction for the demonstration video	Student completed work
2	introduce the video whilst being filmed	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	write a list of the equipment and utensils needed to make the chosen recipe	Student completed work
4	check all the equipment, utensils and ingredients are present before starting to make the recipe	Summary sheet
5	work safely with the equipment and utensils	Summary sheet
6	use appropriate cookery skills to prepare the ingredients according to the recipe	Summary sheet
7	cook the recipe whilst being filmed	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
8	check the video recording meets given requirements, eg length, audibility.	Summary sheet
