In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
shown knowledge of
1	a traditional family recipe that represents their heritage	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
demonstrated the ability to
2	review an existing family heritage recipe and make at least two adaptations with assistance	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	write a new recipe based on a family heritage recipe	Student completed work
4	produce a shopping list of ingredients to make the recipe	Student completed work
5	compile at least two meal kits, containing a printed heritage recipe card and the ingredients to make the recipe.	Summary sheet and/or photograph(s)
