2follow a recipe to make a shortcrust or sweet pastrySummary sheet
3prepare a pie tin and roll out the pastry to a suitable thicknessSummary sheet
4line the pie tin with the pastry and mould it to the tinSummary sheet
5prepare a pie filling for a sweet or savoury pie, following a given recipeSummary sheet
6fill the pie case, attach the lid and crimp edges to finish the pieSummary sheet and/or photograph(s)
7use the recipe to set the oven temperature and timer to the correct settingsSummary sheet
8independently place the pie in the oven, remove it when cooked and transfer it onto a cooling rackSummary sheet
9present and serve the pieSummary sheet
