demonstrated the ability to
1	choose the correct flour for the given recipe from a choice of three	Summary sheet
2	follow a recipe to make shortcrust or sweet pastry	Summary sheet
3	prepare a pie tin and roll out the pastry to a suitable thickness	Summary sheet
4	line the pie tin with the pastry and mould it accordingly to the tin.	Summary sheet
