In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
shown knowledge of
1	how to use pre-recorded musical patterns to create a simple song with verse and chorus	Summary sheet
demonstrated the ability to
2	customise a selected pre-recorded musical pattern, eg by changing the note position, the note length, the velocity	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
3	create at least two of their own patterns using a MIDI (Muiscal Instrument Digital Interface) keyboard, a pencil tool and a synthesizer.	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
