demonstrated the ability to
1	identify the main parts of a pedal bike	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
2	strip down a bike and assess it for damage	Summary sheet
3	list the jobs and parts needed to repair it	Summary sheet and/or student completed work
4	fill in at least one requisition/order form for the parts needed	Student completed work
5	work safely whilst completing the restoration tasks	Summary sheet
6	rebuild the wheels, brakes and gears on a pedal bike.	Summary sheet
