1	create at least two different types of habitat for wildlife, eg a bird box, tub pond, log pile, solitary bee home	Summary sheet
2	swap an item of single use plastic for a reusable item such as a drinks bottle or bamboo cutlery	Summary sheet
3	carry out at least two relevant seasonal wildlife gardening activities, ie raking, coppicing, sowing seeds, building a dead hedge or building a compost heap	Summary sheet
