3	swim a distance of 900 metres during one session using a freestyle stroke	Summary sheet
4	enter and exit flumes safely using pool rules	Summary sheet
5	walk across the pool in chest depth water using arms to aid propulsion for 20 metres	Summary sheet
6	duck dive and retrieve a brick from the bottom of the swimming pool	Summary sheet
7	swim continually for ten minutes using a freestyle stroke	Summary sheet
