2	successfully wash at least two knives and forks and rinse them with minimal instruction and prompting	Summary sheet
3	successfully wash at least two plates and cups and rinse them with minimal instruction and prompting	Summary sheet
4	repeat stages one to three on at least two further occasions, following a visual and word sequence card with growing independence.	Summary sheet
