3	successfully put a dishwasher tablet into the machine, following instruction and prompting in the form of physical, gestural or verbal help	Summary sheet
4	repeat outcomes one to three on at least two further occasions, following instruction and prompting in the form of physical, gestural or verbal help.	Summary sheet
