1	set up a cafe environment in the classroom	Summary sheet
2	take orders of food and drink from at least three pupils attending the cafe	Summary sheet
3	handle money when pupils are paying for items and give change where necessary with support	Summary sheet
4	serve food and drink orders to pupils attending the cafe	Summary sheet
5	clear away the cafe area, washing up and tidying away food items.	Summary sheet
