1	soften the skin around the brows with warm water and a cloth	Summary sheet
2	identify the correct direction in which the eyebrow hair grows, ie outward from the nose towards the hairline	Summary sheet
3	hold tweezers in own hand correctly like holding a pencil	Summary sheet
4	place tweezers at the correct location, ie at the root of the hair	Summary sheet
5	pull the hair out using the correct technique	Summary sheet
shown knowledge of
6	at least two basic hygiene rules when performing the plucking routine	Student completed work
