1	write their full name using writing tools or ICT	Summary sheet
2	write a simple caption or sentence using symbols or simple words	Student completed work
3	add basic personal information to a form to include name, date of birth and address in words or symbols	Student completed work
4	write at least two simple lists using pictures, symbols or text.	Student completed work
