In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	prepare the mannequin's face for cleansing by pulling the hair back off the face with a headband	Summary sheet
2	cleanse the face using sweeping motions from the centre of the face to the outside, using cotton wool with a cleansing agent	Summary sheet
3	remove all the cleanser with fresh cotton wool	Summary sheet
4	apply a toner with a cotton wool pad, using a sweeping motion	Summary sheet
5	apply and massage moisturiser to the nose, forehead, cheeks, chin and neck	Summary sheet
shown knowledge of
6	the basic rules of hygiene when preparing a client for a facial cleanse, tone and moisturise.	Student completed work
