3	choose the correct shampoo for the client's hair	Student completed work
4	shampoo the hair using the following techniques: effleurage, petrissage and rotary	Summary sheet
5	remove the shampoo and apply a towel to the mannequin's head	Summary sheet
6	choose a conditioner and set up the trolley for the conditioning treatment	Summary sheet
7	divide the hair into four using the hot cross bun technique and apply conditioner to small sections of the hair	Summary sheet
8	process the conditioning treatment using a steamer or a warm towel	Summary sheet
9	remove the conditioner and apply a towel to the mannequin's head	Summary sheet
10	use a hairdryer with a diffuser or blow dry using brushes or fingers	Summary sheet
