In successfully completing this unit, the Learner will have		Evidence needed
demonstrated the ability to
1	choose what piece is to be created on the loom, eg scarf, cushion cover or rug	Summary sheet
2	select appropriate material for the chosen piece, eg wool, rag lengths, and set up the requisite number of pegs on the loom	Summary sheet
3	use a slip knot and simple cast-on stitch to create the chosen width with support	Summary sheet
