3	place the toasted bread onto a suitable plate	Summary sheet
4	pour the beans from an opened tin into a suitable jug	Summary sheet
5	place the jug into a pre-set microwave oven	Summary sheet
6	set the timer and activate the oven	Summary sheet
7	remove the jug safely on completion of cooking	Summary sheet
8	pour the beans onto the toast.	Summary sheet
