1	use scissors safely to cut thread to a required length	Summary sheet
2	thread a large-eyed needle	Summary sheet
3	sew running stitches in a straight line through two pieces of material placed on top of each other to form a seam	Summary sheet
4	make a double back-stitch at the end of the line of stitches to fasten off securely	Summary sheet
5	cut the thread safely after finishing the line of stitches.	Summary sheet
