EPQ: Teacher standardisation June 2025 series (Session 2 of 2)
Course summary
The online EPQ teacher standardisation events will be split into two sessions. This event is session 2, please ensure you are booked onto session 1 separately.
The purpose of these free events is to standardise marking using examples of work for EPQ covering the full ability range. Please ensure you have a copy of the specification available when attending these events.
Examples of work will be available to download from Centre Services around one week before the series of events begins. These will also be available to download from the joining instructions email, which you will receive around 10 days before the event. Please read project 3, 4, 5, and 6 before attending this event. It is recommended that you print these out for ease of use during the event.
These online events are for the June 2025 series only and are limited to one place per school/college per series.

Suitable for
Schools/colleges offering a specification for the first time or those whose marks were significantly adjusted by AQA the previous year. If your school/college has a number of supervisors then you may wish for your EPQ coordinator to attend the event, who can then cascade the information to your supervisors. Alternatively please contact AQA (events@aqa.org.uk) to discuss in-house training options.
Please note that this event covers teacher standardisation only, and does not cover new coordinator training.
