Course description

Registration will be from 9:30am and then the morning will start with a short briefing. You will then be given the opportunity to view example work and then carry out a marking exercise using the marking criteria found within the specification. Feedback on marks will be given before the end of the session.

Please bring your specification with you.

Suitable for

Schools/colleges offering a specification for the first time or those whose marks were significantly adjusted by AQA the previous year. If your school/college has a number of supervisors then you may wish to send your EPQ coordinator to the event, who can then cascade the information to your supervisors. Alternatively please contact AQA (events@aqa.org.uk) to discuss in-house training options.

Please note that this event covers teacher standardisation only, and does not cover new coordinator training.
